ROSCON FOUNDATION in its intent to support the projects of Roscon Organization Pilipinas, Inc., located in the City of  Tarlac, Province of Tarlac, has approved an Essay Contest to be held at Balibago Integrated School, Balibago Primero, Tarlac City. The principal of the Integrated School has approved the contest, which will evolve around the controversy over the government’s decision to use the mother tongue of each region as the medium of instruction. Beneficiaries of education should be heard to find out if they agree or not with the use of mother tongues in educating the current generation..
