OUR GOALS:
TO MAINTAIN THE ACTIVE MISSIONS OF THE FOUNDATION 2012-2023:
The program services of most non-profit organizations have changed dramatically over the years because of the economic recession. As such, the Foundation, in its effort to support its activities here and abroad have come up with projects that yield positive revenues. One of these is the conduct of RAFFLE DRAWS that have actually grabbed the attention of most community members in Dallas. The Gregorian Raffle Draw held in March 2012 have funded the Aeta Livelihood Development Program in Paidyanan’s Girls’ Dormitory. The “Coach your way to Summer” held in March 2013 have funded the repair of the Boys’ Dormitory in the same area. This Livelihood Development Center is being supervised by the nuns of the College of the Holy Spirit (S. Sp. S. sisters) directly in coordination with Sister Adora Molina.

Another program that the Foundation has established is the formation of the All Seasons’ Food Program – Roscon joins festivals, events and charity movements in the sale of Filipino products and delicacies, its latest activity selling “Halo Halo” (Mix Mix) at the Traders’ Village with the volunteers. The proceeds of the volunteer work was ceded over to the Scholarship Fund of the Foundation.

The third program it has built in is supporting business start-ups by linking them with benefactors rich in venture capitalist contacts, like Diamond Financial Services (diamondfinancials.com) and The Cash Factor (thecashfactor.net) and their joint partners like People’s Fund, BBVA Compass Bank and some other capital providers who flex with their financial programs to help the business owners. The first and only business owner in Tarlac lent with capital by the Foundation’s Business Proponent Program was a former scholar who stopped his masteral studies to open up their tshirt printing business. Meet Dennis David, partner of Dreamkraft Commercial, which is now a booming business.

The fourth program is strengthening the INTERNSHIP PROGRAM of the Foundation by taking in fresh graduates from various courses in Texas and opening up a training program for them to learn their specific industry’s workforce requirements. A pool of trainers will be pooled and will educate these graduates on their respective disciplines and team up with Dynamic Temporaries to place these workers. The placement fee to be donated to the Foundation will be used to fund the Internship Program’s Allowance and transportation reimbursement plan. When the Chairman and the Executive Director retired in the Philippines, they opened the internship program in Tarlac and had an intelligent intern work for the Foundation on assigned tasks.
The Foundation, in its effort to support the government’s move to boost economy and help create jobs locally supports a staffing and recruitment company, namely: Dynamic Temporaries – a subsidiary of its parent Corporation, Dynamic Synergy Resources, Inc.
Dynamic Temporaries is an international and local staffing, consulting and outsourcing company specializing in the engineering and medical fields. This Benefactor provides manpower solutions using qualified, certified, and skilled professionals. The staffing agency was founded and developed by a team of experts since 1989 and incorporated in 2005. Over the years, its recruitment professionals locate, select, screen and train the talents major companies need… wherever they want to place these workers, whenever they want to… and they deliver what they do best: bring over talents from one of the major labor exporters in Asia – the Philippines.
The Executive Director had businesses in the past that recruited alien workers from the Philippines, China and the Philippines. The availability of some strongly-skilled, highly-educated foreign workers have always been used to strengthen the workforce of the American economy. Two countries are being targeted for this project: India and Philippines. Schedule to work on this project is the first quarter of 2023. Should this happen, Dynamic Temporaries, a subsidiary of Dynasyntech, L.L.C., will be able to fund the proposed Aeta Livelihood Development Center located in San Jose, Tarlac.
True to its mission, “Taking care of people who take care of people”, Roscon Foundation has coordinated with a lot of its benefactors to provide the assistance community members need to achieve their goals. 2023 will be a very busy year.
The Foundation’s focus for the year was to strengthen its recruitment of coachable young graduates for job placements, develop a testing program to assess their basic qualifications and determine the areas for improvement. 2012-2014 Active Community Support Services
The Foundation has formed an alliance with another tenant at the Viceroy Business Center where it holds it headquarters: the Women’s Business Hub. Through its Business Seminars and Workshops, Mentoring and Internship Programs, the Foundation hopes to achieve a higher level of public interaction with other organizations to develop young minds in a more advanced manner through information technology solutions. The linkages among several tenants in the Complex engaged in high-tech ventures will benefit the recipients of WBH’s training and internships, benefit the cooperating businesses and allow their management personnel to share their expertise with young entrepreneurs.
